Chicken, Broccoli & Ziti Skillet
3 Chicken Breasts - Boneless
2 Tbs Garlic Oil or Olive Oil
1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic - minced
2 cups Water
2 cups Frozen broccoli cuts or small broccoli florets
1 Chicken bouillon cube
8 oz Ziti
2 Tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese
Assemble all ingredients and utensils.
To Cook:
Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Brown the meat in the garlic or olive oil. When meat is browned and cooked through - add spaghetti sauce - mix and then let simmer on low.
Heat olive oil and minced garlic over medium-high heat until garlic begins to brown. Add water, broccoli and bouillon; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in ziti. Return to boil; reduce heat and simmer just until ziti is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Add chicken and sauce to ziti mixture and mix. Heat through, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve.
Yield: 4 servings
